POSITION SUMMARY

To plan, organize,carries out sales effort in the assigned geographic area. Manage existing customerdevelop new business, achieve company sales target,extend Air Products market share.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Qualifydevelop prospects, offer solutions, discuss processequipment specifics, prepare proposalstake charge in commercial negotiations, business signing Oversee Project Management.

1.    Achieve Sales Targets in the assigned territory through leading the sales & technical proposal, make presentationbuild relationship with customers.

2.    Maintain strong relationship with existing accounts through periodic contacts coordinated with field personnelmake recommendations. Solve customer dispute face to face. Contract execution, renew for large key accounts,reduce no takemaintain the volume. Work with inside sales team to monitor the contract execution, reduce the no takeimprove the overall customer retention ratereduce the churn rate.

3.    Coordinate with regionother personnel such as Customer service, Gas Station, Purchasing department to ensure proper specifications & timely installation of supply systemsequipment, to provide support to the accounts.

4.    Receive technicalproduct training as well as overall sales goalsstrategyapply to their job.

5.    Conduct start-ups in customers’ plants, collect data, evaluatemake changes to process parameters as required,train customer-operating personnel.

6.    Understandimplement proper safety procedures.

7.    Participate in research activities aimed at developing new processesproducts for industry served.

8.    Work with PG inside sales teamSupply Chain Execution Team to solve the disputeimprove the customer satisfaction to us.  

9.    Collect feedback from customerswork with internal function such as inside sales, supply chain executionCSL to improve the service to customers.

10.  Any other duties as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

l  Bachelor’s degree from accredited university preferred.

l  Must be a creative, organized, proactive self-starter to develop, plan, win support,implement sales strategy with limited guidance.

l  Strong writtenoral presentation skills.

l  Good PCinternet skills.

l  Driving skill is preferred.
