JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with internal marketing teams,external agencies and also independently to develop customer relationship,manage customer data,supervise marketing movements and international law/admittance/anti-dumping,etc.
2.Develop product sales tools such as:product demos,product presentations and sales proposal templates
3.Conduct market,industry and competitive research and analysis to drive customer-focused plans,determine key selling points and identify best customer prospects
4.Evaluate,recommend,negotiate and buy media space for trade advertising
5.Work on special projects as necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Experienced in MS Office
2.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and in teams
3.Strong organizational and research/analytical skills
4.Ability to write and direct the visual layout of trade advertising,newsletters,collateral materials and websites
5.Business English/International Trade/Marketing education background preferred
6.Strong business writing skills in both Madarin and English for developing presentations and letters
CRS Customer Relation Support 客户关系支持部
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with all levels of customers to assist them with their requests for SINOCREA products
2.Provide phone/Email/fax support to our customers and internal departments such as GBD/SRM,etc.,ensure timely delivery for customer orders
3.Process transactions including Promotion,Sales Orders,Quotations,etc.
4.Work on Process Improvements to provide better service to our customers and streamline our work flow
5.Documentation
6.Work on special projects as necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Experienced in MS Office
2.Strong Customer Service skills
3.Ability to multi-task
4.Excellent attention to details
5.Experience supporting a fast-paced,high volume sales group desired
6.Business English/International Trade education background preferred

2.Develop product sales tools such as:product demos,product presentations and sales proposal templates
3.Conduct market,industry and competitive research and analysis to drive customer-focused plans,determine key selling points and identify best customer prospects
4.Provide phone/Email/fax support to our customers
5.Work on process improvements to provide better service to our customers and streamline our work flow

SRM Supplier Relation Management 供应商关系管理部
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with all levels of suppliers to assist them with their sales through SINOCREA to worldwide
2.Work with internal teams such as GTS/GBD/CRS,etc.,ensure timely delivery for customer enquiries and orders
3.Provide phone/Email/fax support to our suppliers
4.Process transactions including Enquiries, Purchase Orders,Quotations,etc.
5.Maintain Supplier Database,including adding Accounts and Prospects,merging duplicates and inactivating suppliers
6.Check orders to ensure accurate delivery dates,supplier information,lot numbers,etc.
7.Work on special projects as necessary

1.Establish and carry out management system,including training,certificated plan and C&B system
2.Establish and carry out matrix,budget for all direct labors
3.Organize and administrate training activities,develop and maintain course content and devices.Administrate and file employees's training and certificate records and documents,support on-job training courses and skill related to direct labors
